RSEP RB Workshop 2026 Event Post.png

Our first events of 2026 will be our annual spring webinars! We are excited to announce our topics and speakers, with presenters from many great organizations important to our community! Adam McCullough from the Vermont Urban and Community Forestry Program will be presenting on tree health and the benefits of trees in stormwater reduction. Dorothy Kinney-Landis with Franklin County Natural Resources Conservation District will be presenting on Rain Gardens as a follow up from previous webinars, focusing on annual maintenance of rain gardens and taking care of your rain garden in various climate conditions. Finally, Rachael Miller from the Rozalia Project will be giving a presentation on microplastics, a topic that is becoming increasingly important and visible in our watershed!

Our annual rain barrel build is back! On April 12th, 2026 from 1-4PM, we are providing the materials and assistance in building your own rain barrels. Hosted at the Mill River Brewing Taphouse, this will be a great event to learn about rain barrels, build community, and have fun! Spaces are limited, so be sure to sign up early!
